Add-to-Cart Troubleshooting steps
1. If there’s an alternative add-to-cart button or link to choose your item, please try that; if you were already trying the alternative add-to-cart button or link, try clicking on the item name for more details and then click add-to-cart. An example of where to find alternative add-to-cart buttons, below.
2. If the above options are unavailable, copy your item number or serial number (applicable for many stones), then go to our “shop now” page, then paste and search from our search bar. You can also search Diamonds by serial number on our Diamonds page and Notable Gemstones® by serial number on our Notable Gems® page. Click on your item for more details, and then add to cart. Go to “Shop Now” page and paste your item or serial number in our search bar, then search
Select your item, then review details to ensure it’s the same one you would like, then add to cart
3. Refresh your page and try the above steps again if adding to cart still doesn’t work.
4. Close your window and reopen a new one, then try the above steps again if adding to cart still doesn’t work.
5. Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome instead of Firefox) and try the above steps again if adding to cart still doesn’t work.
6. Try a different device (e.g. mobile instead of desktop) and try the above steps again if adding to cart still doesn’t work.
Important note: when adding an item to cart, selecting/setting your stones, or customizing your item in other ways, you must sometimes scroll up to see a pop-up to click as prompted in order to proceed (e.g. add to cart, set stones, engrave, etc.).
