Clients who qualify for a higher gift tier may choose a gift from a lower qualifying tier if preferred. Clients may also choose between 14K yellow gold and 14K white gold for their applicable gift.

The applicable gift item must be added to the cart and the corresponding promo/coupon code must be successfully applied at checkout. The promo/coupon code will reduce the price of one eligible gift item to $0 when all applicable promotional requirements are satisfied.

Promo/coupon codes are not cumulative and cannot be combined with one another. A maximum of one complimentary gift may be claimed per qualifying order.

Purchases from separate transactions or orders cannot be combined, accumulated or otherwise aggregated to meet a promotional spending threshold. Each qualifying order must independently satisfy the applicable minimum purchase requirement.

Refunds, credits or complimentary gifts will not be issued after purchase as a result of a customer’s failure to add the applicable gift to their order or correctly enter and apply the appropriate promo/coupon code at checkout, unless otherwise expressly authorized by World Jewellery.

 

Qualifying Spend

The applicable minimum purchase threshold is based on the value of qualifying merchandise being purchased by the customer and excludes the value of the complimentary promotional gift.

Additional promotional earring products purchased and paid for by the customer may count toward the applicable qualifying purchase threshold. Only the one pair being provided as the complimentary promotional gift is excluded from the qualifying spend calculation.

Qualifying purchase thresholds are calculated after any other applicable discounts have been applied and before shipping and taxes. Shipping charges, taxes and service fees do not count toward the applicable minimum purchase threshold.

This promotion excludes items not specifically offered for purchase on our website, including special orders and custom-made items; customizations to website products that cannot be selected and purchased directly through our website; and repairs or services purchased outside of the website, including ring sizing, stone setting, polishing, engraving and appraisals.

Gift Fulfilment, Returns & Cancellations

Gift items are not returnable or exchangeable and have no cash value.

For qualifying purchases that are eligible for return, World Jewellery may delay shipment or pickup of the promotional gift until the applicable return period for the qualifying purchase has expired. For qualifying purchases that are final sale or otherwise non-returnable, the promotional gift may be fulfilled sooner. Promotional gifts may therefore ship or become available for pickup separately from the qualifying purchase.

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise adjusted before the promotional gift has been fulfilled, and the retained qualifying purchase amount no longer meets the applicable promotional threshold, eligibility for the promotional gift will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.

If a promotional gift has already been provided and a subsequent return, cancellation, refund or adjustment causes the retained qualifying purchase amount to fall below the applicable promotional threshold, the promotional gift must be returned to World Jewellery in its original, unworn and saleable condition. If the promotional gift is not returned, or is returned in a condition that prevents its resale, World Jewellery reserves the right to deduct the regular selling price of the promotional gift from any refund otherwise owing, subject to applicable law.

Promotional gifts will only be shipped to the same shipping address associated with the qualifying order, or made available through the same applicable pickup arrangement. Promotional gifts cannot be shipped or redirected to a different address or recipient.

General Promotional Conditions

Limited-time offer only. No rain checks. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless otherwise expressly indicated. Cannot be combined with other items or promotions requiring a separate promo/coupon code unless clearly indicated otherwise.

Gift item images are representative in nature. Actual appearance and characteristics may vary.

Promotional gifts are available while quantities last. If an advertised gift becomes unavailable, World Jewellery will contact the client to discuss an appropriate substitute gift of equal or greater value. Any substitute gift may differ in style, specifications or other characteristics from the originally selected promotional gift.

In the event of an error, technical issue, incorrect pricing, incorrect promotional application or other discrepancy, World Jewellery reserves the right to correct the error or refuse or cancel the affected transaction, subject to applicable law.
