Sale applies to our already reduced and regular floating market markup rate prices on all items found on our website ONLY, including: finished state and semi-set jewellery, non-set mountings, and diamonds and gemstones. Market rate prices fluctuate with key market factors and variables such as gold prices, duties and tariffs, and foreign exchange rates (including USD) versus the Canadian dollar, amongst other variables. Market rate fluctuations will continue to influence the sales price during the duration of the sale (for example, if the price of gold goes up). In case of any errors, we reserve the full right to refuse the sale at our discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, all special deals on our website are eligible for the additional sales promotion discount (with promo code) at checkout; however, as per our policy, these items are final sale.

Sale does not apply to any items not specifically found on our website (including special orders), any items identified on our website as not being included in the sale, as well as any type of repairs and services outside of the website, including: ring sizing, stone setting, polishing, engraving, and appraisals. This sales promotion also excludes any custom created jewellery that is not specifically found and customized through our website. This sales promotion applies to applicable items before shipping and taxes. Shipping fees and taxes are extra and will be applied after all sales deductions have been made.
